YOGA
Ceri Baker will be leading and holding the yoga and sound bath within each session. The yoga will be gentle, accessible and designed to support the journey of self-connection, opening, and relaxation in preparation for creative journaling.
Yoga mats are provided or you can bring your own.
JOURNALLING:
Lizzy Humber will share a creative task designed to connect to colour, imagination and identity using collage, mark making and creative writing. Your journal will become filled with colour, stories and power. Journalling can provide an outlet for some of the feelings and challenges you might experience both physically and emotionally in pregnancy and parenthood.
All art materials are provided, you will just need to bring a journal or you can buy one when you book.
Lizzy and Ceri will also hold space for village thinking and discussion around matrescence - the metamorphosis that occurs in m/otherhood, and the current culture we live in.
