Tickets - terms and conditions of sale

• General

  When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of a contract between Lizzy Humber and yourself.

  Tickets are valid for the date and time stated. Please check your tickets on receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

  Lizzy Humber reserves the right to change prices, advertised arrangements and seating allocations at any time.

  • While every attempt is made to ensure event information is accurate at the time of publication, we reserve the right to amend events and information without prior notice. In the event of a cancelled performance or session, Lizzy Humber will refund the ticket price but will not be liable for any additional expenses, for example, travel or accommodation.

    Food and drink purchased may be consumed on the premises.

    Smoking or vaping within the premises is strictly prohibited.

  ADMISSION to courses & events

  • A valid ticket booking is required for admission to any ticketed event or activity. Admission is granted to the event, date, and time specified in the ticket booking only.

  • Lizzy Humber reserves the right to eject or refuse admission to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, dangerous, or antisocial behaviour, or refusing to comply with safety announcements or venue regulations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission with no refund offered.

  • Lizzy Humber is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained within the premises, unless due to our negligence. Any such liability is limited to the ticket price paid by you.

  • By entering the course venues, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for the purposes of marketing or promotion. Please make Lizzy Humber aware if you wish to remove consent or images.

  • Mobile phones must be turned to silent when an event is in progress.

  • Glass bottles, illegal substances, dangerous substances (including flammables), and any item considered a weapon, or potential weapon, are strictly prohibited.

  Tickets

  • All tickets are sold subject to availability and subject the Terms and Conditions outlined.

  • You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email shortly after completion. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Lizzy Humber via email to confirm your booking was successful.

  • Event entry is by way of a door list. You will be checked in by name upon arrival, or upon entry into the auditorium. We may use wristbands to distinguish ticket types.

  • Special offers, discounts, and promotions are subject to availability, cannot be applied retrospectively, and cannot be combined.

  • Reselling tickets for personal commercial gain is prohibited and will void the booking.

  • Lizzy Humber takes no responsibility for tickets purchased from unauthorised agents. We recommend always booking directly with Lizzy Humber

  Payment

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard, but not American Express.

  Refunds

  • Tickets are non-refundable but can be transfered, unless an event is cancelled.

  Children and Vulnerable Adults

  • Children (aged 16 and under) and vulnerable adults are welcome to attend all events, subject to age restrictions, provided they are accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (over 18) at all times.

  Cancellations

  • In the event of a cancellation or postponement, Lizzy Humber will make all reasonable attempts to contact affected customers using the details provided at the time of booking, offering a credit, exchange, or refund.

  • Lizzy Humber is not liable for any personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality arrangements made in relation to cancelled events.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to the contact details provided at the time of booking. We are not liable for any typos or inaccuracies in details held.

  Access

  • Most events are general admission seating. We can reserve seats to accommodate specific access requirements. To reserve seats, please contact the Lizzy Humber via email.

  • For standing events, where possible we put out a limited number of seats along the edge of the auditorium for those who cannot stand. Reserving such seats is subject to availability, and visibility may be restricted. If you require a seat for a standing event, or require a wheelchair space, please email Lizzy Humber

  • If you require an essential carer or personal assistant to attend a show, please please email Lizzy Humber

  • With the exception of registered assistance dogs, dogs and other animals are not permitted within the premises. If you are attending with an assistance dog, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you.
