Signed up via website or in person (e.g. event sign-up sheet).

Event Tickets (via Squarespace and Stripe/PayPal)

  • Postal address

  • Questionnaire responses (e.g. children’s ages, access needs, mental health disclosures for workshops)

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or in cash or Sum Up at the door.

Communications and Workshop Participation

·       Stored in Excel, Gmail, and Dropbox

·       Includes names, contact details, and answers to sign-up questionnaires

·       WhatsApp: Names, phone numbers, and any shared images

·       Emails are always BCC’d unless explicit consent is given for group communication

·       WhatsApp group participation is opt-in

Third-party services used:

·       Dropbox for Business (Dropbox Privacy)

·       WhatsApp (WhatsApp Privacy)

Photography and Media

  • Photographs and videos are taken during workshops and events for documentation and promotional purposes

  • Participants opt in at sign-up and can withdraw consent at any time

  • Opt-out procedures include lanyards, stickers, and communication on the day

  • Media is stored on Lizzy Humber’s MacBook, iPhone, Dropbox, and/or by the event photographer

Collaborators

  • All personal data is stored securely by Lizzy Humber

  • Collaborators are instructed not to retain or misuse any participant data

  • Participant emails are shared only when consented or directly by the individual
